At Xaicafca, our journey as a small accountancy firm began with a simple idea: to make finance feel less intimidating and more accessible for everyday people and small businesses. After years of working in larger firms, we noticed that many clients were getting lost in the shuffle—treated like numbers rather than people. We knew there had to be a better way.
So, we took the leap and started our own practice. With just a laptop, a small office (and a lot of coffee!), we set out to create a firm that focused on building genuine, long-term relationships with our clients. We wanted to be the kind of accountants who knew your name, understood your goals, and could offer honest, practical advice whenever you needed it.

From day one, our mission has been to provide reliable, straightforward support—whether it’s helping a startup get off the ground, sorting out the books for a family-run shop, or guiding a sole trader through tax season stress-free. We’ve grown mainly through word-of-mouth, which we take as the biggest compliment of all.
